We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who loves good design, great stories, and the magic of a perfectly-timed reel.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the voice and creative eye behind Simply Sara O’s digital presence — shaping how the world sees our brand, our work, and our personality. Your days might include:

• Planning and creating scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.

• Capturing behind-the-scenes magic at events and turning it into captivating stories.

• Writing authentic, engaging captions that sound like us — warm, confident, and full of personality.

• Managing a monthly content calendar that aligns with event schedules and seasonal trends.

• Collaborating with Sara and the design team to showcase new projects, creative builds, and client moments.

• Tracking performance and helping us understand what’s resonating — and where we can shine even brighter.

• Keeping our online presence cohesive, intentional, and on-brand (because the details matter here, too).

Who You Are

• You have a creative eye and a love for storytelling — especially when it comes to beautiful visuals.

• You know how to capture the vibe — from romantic wedding tablescapes to the joy of a newlywed dance floor.

• You’re fluent in Instagram trends, TikTok transitions, and what makes a post pop.

• You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving, small-business environment.

• You have critical thinking skills and write like a human (not a hashtag robot) and understand that connection beats perfection.

• Bonus points if you’ve worked in events, weddings, design, or another creative industry.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years managing social media for a brand or creative business

• Experience creating content (photo, video, or both!) that aligns with a brand aesthetic

• Familiarity with design apps like Canva or Adobe

• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
